A Russian Proton rocket intended to supply the Space Station failed to reach orbit.  The Proton is essentially a Soyuz without people on board.

This is the rocket that’s supposed to fly American astronauts because we let our Space Shuttle go and have no way to place people on the Space Station that we built.
